  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.

    After 24 hours, please reach out to the Fleur You team so we can assist.

  • We do not offer refunds.

    However, if there has been a quality concern, please reach out at hello@fleuryou.studio with pictures and a detailed recount of your concerns. If the concerns are deemed valid by the support team, we will offer another arrangement in exchange.

  • Blooms are purchased within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee ideal quality up to 72 hours after delivery.

    But with the proper care, floral arrangements can last upwards of two weeks, depending on the blooms used.

    To ensure peak freshness, change out the water every 1-2 days. Also, take out any wilted/dead blooms to avoid compromising the others.
